Comfort Check provides dignity deserved for the homeless. We help the unhoused address basic health and self-respect needs.
People experiencing homelessness face barriers to accessing laundry facilities,wearing stained, torn, or ill-fitting clothing that not only invites social stigma, but can also negatively impact mental well-being and self-esteem.
We understand that a lack of access to clean clothing and hygiene isn’t just a matter of comfort, it’s a barrier to dignity, opportunity, and hope.
We provide essentials in great need that are least donated. The simple things many people take for granted suddenly become daily challenges for the unhoused that affect their health, safety, and sense of dignity.
To support this mission, we partner with manufacturers, retailers, corporations, and individuals to provide bulk distribution of clothing and hygiene essentials to local nonprofit partners serving individuals and families in need. Our relationship with suppliers gives us the opportunity to purchase at deep discounts.
